All 8 planets in 1 night, from Rome
Gianluca Masi wrote: "I have been thinking for decades about seeing and hopefully imaging all 8 planets of our solar system in 1 night, from sunset to dawn. And I did it, in a very special way: I imaged all of them from Rome, above the amazing monuments of the Eternal City." Read more and see photos.

September guide to the bright planets
Venus, Jupiter, Saturn and Mars still arc across our evening sky. They're not as dramatic as last month, because Earth has moved ahead of Mars in orbit, causing Mars to dim. At dusk ... Catch Venus, Jupiter, Arcturus
They should be easy to view from most places worldwide, but their orientation with respect to your horizon will depend on where you live.
