You can't see them simultaneously. But, especially from the Northern Hemisphere, March 2018 is a great month for catching all 5 bright planets either after sunset, or before dawn.

John Ashley of Montana caught multiple planets together in the sky in early 2016. You won't see them simultaneously this month, but, still you can see all 5!

See it! 1st March full moon

Kwong Liew captured the moon above San Francisco’s Bay Bridge last night and wrote: “It had been raining most of the day, and I wasn’t sure I could see the moon. It appeared on and off behind clouds, and I took as many shots as I could before losing it.” More photos here.
